1. Die head

Our DS Type Die Head is designed with shortened flow channel to minimize the pressure loss and to improve the carbonization of the material due to the congestion. It has a stable Heating System enabling easier MI (Melt Index) temperature division thus suitable for either high or low temperature product. Especially, the discharge opening is designed slopping downwards thus improves the break of extruded product in the middle, and the ergonomic structure allows the operator to easily remove the plastic resin stuck from the nozzle surface.

2. Barrel & Sleeve

We are using barrel & water-jacket type design which enables easier temperature adjustment, with the sleeve, the key component, built with special steel to enhance the corrosion-resistance, wear-resistance and durability for longer service life.

3. Screw & Shaft

Our precise involute spline shaft exhibits higher strength under lateral pressure and transmits higher torque to the screw. On the other hand, the screw is engineered precisely in segment type for a convenient and flexible combination of screw to optimize the quality of diverse products to extrude.

4. Torque Limiter

When an overload causes the torque to reach higher than the set value, the ball within the torque limiter device automatically slips out of its seat and pushes the drive plate and slide plate, then the ball, being retained by the gauge plate, revolves around freely on the flat surface of the drive plat and slide plate to protect the gear box and the main motor from the damage caused by the overload. Torque limiter is a device to protect the key components and restore of the system in real-time response to an unexpected accidental overload.

5. Gear Box


Gear box has dual type strong helical gears that support the drive shaft transmitting the torque upward and downward. Since it maintains robustness without thrust or wobbles despite the high-speed revolution of the drive shaft, our gear box is suitable for steady-state operating. It is also equipped with a lubricating system that effectively introduces oil to the bearings and the helical gears and prevents frictional heat and wear.
